Shipping Policy – Bird View Pet Hub

Domestic Orders (India)
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after successful order confirmation.
Delivery generally takes 3–7 working days depending on your location.
Deliveries to remote or non-serviceable areas may take additional time.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
International Orders
International orders are processed within 3–5 working days.
Delivery generally takes 10–20 working days, depending on the destination country and customs procedures.
International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout or communicated before dispatch.
Duties & Taxes for International Orders

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the order total.

These charges:

Are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country.
Must be paid by the customer directly to the courier company or customs department.
Are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Bird View Pet Hub is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occasionally occur due to:

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of purchase.

Bird View Pet Hub will not be responsible for:

Delays caused by incorrect addresses
Failed deliveries due to incomplete information
Additional shipping charges resulting from address corrections
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
Our team will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or compensation.

Undelivered Orders

If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, or if you experience unusual delays, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the courier partner.
