Cancellation and Refund Policy – Bird View Pet Hub

Thank you for shopping with Bird View Pet Hub. We strive to provide high-quality bird products, cages, toys, feeds, accessories, and pet supplies. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

About Our Products

Many of our products are sourced from different manufacturers and may contain slight variations in color, size, finish, or packaging. Product images are provided for reference and actual product appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing updates.

These minor variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately through WhatsApp.
Return & Refund Policy

Bird View Pet Hub does not offer returns or refunds for:

Change of mind
Incorrect product selection by the customer
Minor color or packaging variations
Delays caused by courier services

Returns, replacements, or refunds will only be considered if:

The wrong product was shipped by us.
The product is damaged during transit.
The product is defective upon delivery.
Reporting Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Share:
Order number
Clear photos of the product
Clear photos of the outer packaging
A complete unboxing video showing the package being opened

Claims submitted without a clear unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Domestic Orders (India)

After reviewing the claim:

A return pickup may be arranged if required.
Replacement products will be shipped within 7–10 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
If the same product is unavailable, store credit or an alternative product of equal value may be offered.
International Orders

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for international orders unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your international order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide:

Clear images of the product
Images of the packaging
Order details
Unboxing video

Once verified, Bird View Pet Hub may offer:

A replacement product (subject to availability), or
Store credit valid for 6 months

Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are non-refundable.
Delivery delays caused by customs authorities are beyond our control.
Refund Processing

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days after verification and approval.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
